MADE supports professional development through seminars, study visits, courses, publishing case studies and bespoke training packages, all of which support CPD (continuing professional development).
For instance, MADE runs the MADE International Urban Design Summer School, which takes place in Birmingham, with over a hundred delegates from various built environment professions coming together for four days to learn about how to make great places.
We developed a module on the sustainable built environment for Aston University and we hold Talking Cities lectures with Birmingham City University.
We are rolling out a programme of urban design training in the coming months. We can provide bespoke training for local authorities, housing providers and community groups. And we can support and enhance your in-house training events and programmes.
