Design Review
Design review of Clarendon Arcade, Leamington Spa in April 2010 - mixed use scheme: 9 Townhouses, car park and conversion of listed building to office / retail space.
When this scheme was first presented in 2007 one of the recommendations was that a comprehensive sustainability strategy be drawn up. The revised scheme included proposals for a CCHP plan, solar thermal heating and green roofs, however these initiatives are fairly modest.
