Design review of Kipling Road, Stratford-on-Avon in February 2010 - 120 Dwellings with community woodland / meadowland
The Panel was interested in the plans for the open space and hopes that creative ideas emerge from local consultation, however, it found the proposal to be rather conventional, offering nothing to distinguish it from the many similar projects that have been developed in recent years.
