Design Review
Design review of scheme for land East of Kinwarton Farm Road, Alcester in March 2010 - residential development of detached, semi-detached and terraced house types.
The panel was pleased to see a strong network of pedestrian connections across the site either as footways next to roads or separate footpaths. However, the panel agreed with the local authority that a more central green area would be preferable and provide a greater focus to the development.
