Design Review
Design review of Sigmacast Site, Upper Church Lane, Tipton in March 2010 - Residential development of 95 dwellings comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedroom two storey dwellings and open space
The Panel recommended that the scheme be submitted to a Building for Life appraisal before it is considered any further and they strongly urged that the scheme be re-designed in accordance with the overall masterplan.
