The challenge was to participate in a ghost hunt from 9pm until 4am alongside Mediums and paranormal investigaters. All 3 of the MADE staff found the night very spooky, especially after looking at the photos where Julie, Sally and Bianca all captured ‘white orbs’ on their cameras, these of which could not be seen with the naked eye – spooky!!!! 

9pm – 12am: After walking around the corridors and holding a séance in the famous haunted rooms, 214 and 217, the group proceeded down into the cellar, which was very dark!! Again, Julie and Bianca have captured ‘white orbs’ on their cameras where the mediums were saying they could feel a presence!

1am: At this point in the evening the paranormal team split everyone into groups to do their own investigations around the hotel. Julie, Bianca and Sally along with a couple of other ‘ghost hunters’ went with a medium into the ballroom, where they called upon spirits within the hotel using a glass! Asking the spirits yes and no questions, the ghosts communicated by moving the glass in a circle for yes and straight line for no!!! Quite frightening, as the medium wasn’t touching the glass!!!!! If that wasn’t enough excitement for one evening, the other group joined us to call upon the spirits, however, instead of using a glass, they used a table!

The MADE team were that frightened, that they decided to go home at 4am and not stay in the room that they had paid for!!!
