From April 1st MADE's design review service enters a new era.  We will be introducing a charge for schemes to come to design review.

In most cases the charge will be £750.  Design review represents tremendous value for money, providing valuable cross-disciplinary expertise which would be worth thousands if paid for independently.  Incorporated into the costs of significant developments, into pre-application charges, or architects fees, design review is a relatively small investment which can offer big returns.  Design review can improve schemes, cutting costs and improving values, it can help overcome disagreements and help proposals through the planning process.
