The first design review of a neighbourhood plan took place at MADE in September when the Balsall Heath Neighbourhood Forum brought their plan to our panel.  The panel were broadly supportive of the plan but gave some constructive feedback.

September also saw the first instance of MADE design review examining a scheme that had been referred by a parish council.  Wolston Parish Council in Rugby District asked MADE to look at an outline application by Bloor Homes for 84 houses on the edge of their village.
