the corner of Court Road and Showell Green Lane in Sparkbrook, B’ham B11 4LX, has been an eye sore for years, so much so that it made me move house. It is privately own but used as a rubbish tip. The residents association tried to persuade the Council to do a compulsory purchase but to no avail. I left Court Rd. for this reason.I moved to Harborne but I now live in W’ton.
i don’t know if you’d have any bright ideas for that corner….
