MADE works to use the built environment as a learning resource within the school curriculum with young people actively assessing and informing the sustainable design of new school buildings.

LEA Partnerships

MADE welcomes the opportunity to work in partnership with regional education authorities on initiatives which increase the design quality of school buildings or which increase opportunities for study of the designed environment within the curriculum after-school-hours learning.  Warwickshire County Council - Science of Architecture Summer schools MADE has run two Science of Architecture Summer Schools every summer since 2002 as part of the LEAs NOF funded programme Creative Science Summer Schools. This has been though working with freelance facilitator Selwyn van Zeller.
